Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented, culturally plugged-in Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our influencer campaigns and help bring Relay's brand to life on social media. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, has a genuine passion for live entertainment, and is eager to grow within influencer marketing. You will work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager and the President to keep campaigns running smoothly across multiple clients. Key Responsibilities: Daily Sweeps and Content Monitoring: Conduct morning sweeps of influencer content from previous nights' events and shows, compiling highlights and key analytics. Monitor influencer posts across platforms daily, flagging standout content, issues, or missed deliverables to the Manager. Track and log content performance metrics to support weekly and monthly reporting. Assist with mass email communications to influencers including outreach, reminders, thank yous, and follow-ups. Manage email packages for campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking of responses and attendance confirmations. Support influencer onboarding by distributing briefs, content guidelines, and logistical details. Influencer Research + Discovery Conduct ongoing influencer searches across clients, identifying creators who align with each production's target audience and aesthetic. Maintain and update Relay's creator database, ensuring profiles are current across platforms. Stay ahead of emerging trends and up-and-coming talent across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. Maintain and update influencer dashboards across active campaigns, ensuring data is accurate and up to date. Manage influencer calendars for multiple clients, tracking activations, deadlines, and deliverables. Keep internal tracking documents organized and accessible for the full team. Relay Brand Social Media Support Help support the day-to-day management of Relay Influence's brand social media accounts, including content posting, scheduling, and community engagement. Develop and execute social content that reflects Relay's voice, culture, and campaigns, including behind-the-scenes moments, campaign highlights, and industry commentary. Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding in a timely and on-brand manner. Track social media performance metrics and share insights with the team monthly. Identify trending content formats and cultural moments that Relay can engage with authentically. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field. Entertainment industry experience a plus. Strong familiarity with social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written communication skills, particularly for email and creator-facing correspondence. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. A genuine passion for Broadway, live entertainment, and creator culture. Experience with influencer marketing tools such as Modash is a plus. SALARY
