VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our veterinary team. You will manage client interactions, schedule appointments, explain costs, and maintain patient records, ensuring a compassionate and efficient client experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with doctors, technicians, and staff across sister locations.
