$27-$33/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve daily function, increase independence, and achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals. What You'll Do:
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with activities focused on self-care, coordination, mobility, and functional independence
- Use therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and structured activities to support resident progress
- Encourage participation and build positive relationships with residents throughout therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate treatment updates with the rehab team
- Supportive rehab environment with strong interdisciplinary collaboration
- Opportunity to work with both short-term rehab and long-term care residents
- Stable caseload with meaningful resident interaction
