Responsibilities Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings; meet patient volume goals for telehealth and in‑patient care as determined. Lead clinic staff in behavior, actions, and attitude; guide X‑ray techs, nurses, front‑office specialists to ensure excellent patient care. Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to patient‑centric care, safety, cost, and reliable information. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians. Perform responsibilities included on the SCRIBE job description; consult with patients through virtual communication channels. Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training. Optionally assist with new employee onboarding, job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and active Family Nurse Practitioner license. At least 1–2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice (e.g., urgent care, occupational medical facility, ER or trauma unit, family medical practice). License and DEA in good standing; DEA required for all providers and DOT certification for full‑time and part‑time providers within 120 days of employment. Proven experience working as a telehealth clinician. Ability to treat all ages and meet any credentialing requirements needed. Must complete all mandatory compliance training to meet and exceed quality care standards. Will work a minimum of 4 shifts per month for PRN employees; full‑time employees work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend. Levels of Experience Level 1: New Grad with up to 1 year of experience. Level 2: Nurse practitioner with over 1 year and less than 5 years of experience. Level 3: Nurse practitioner with over 5 years and less than 10 years of experience. Level 4: Nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience.
