Location: Crestview, FL

Shift: 1st (6am - 3pm)

Pay: $17 - $19/hr

Job Description

This role focuses on efficient picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of products while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting general production and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to established procedures and documentation.
• Prepare products for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and staging orders for dispatch.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, verifying quantities, and checking for product accuracy and quality.
• Assist with inventory activities such as counting stock, recording quantities, and helping maintain organized storage areas.
• Support general labor and production tasks in the warehouse as needed to meet daily operational goals.
• Use basic computer systems to enter data, update order and inventory information, and check shipment details.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by following housekeeping and safety guidelines.
• Follow all warehouse procedures and work instructions to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Essential Skills

• Experience with picking and packing orders in a warehouse environment.
• Hands-on experience in shipping and receiving operations.
• Ability to perform inventory-related tasks such as counting and recording stock.
• Experience with general labor and production activities in a warehouse setting.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and accessing order and inventory information.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure correct items and quantities are processed.

Work Environment

The position is based in a warehouse setting that involves regular physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting, and handling packages throughout the shift. You work around shipping, receiving, and production areas with organized storage and inventory zones. Basic computer systems are used for data entry and tracking orders and inventory. The environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and adherence to established procedures and workflow.

This is a Contract position based out of Crestview, FL.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Crestview,FL.
