Reliability Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be an integral part of the engineering department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. What's the Job?

• Develop and implement reliability strategies to optimize equipment performance and lifespan.
• Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance procedures and operational processes.
• Monitor and analyze equipment data to identify trends and potential issues proactively.
• Create detailed reports and documentation to support reliability initiatives and compliance requirements.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in reliability engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems and reliability tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
