Junior Financial AnalystPosition is remote with manager requesting local candidates within 2 hours of Los Angeles. Work location: 2011 N. Soto St Los Angeles, CA 90032. Campus or Medical Enterprise: Medical Enterprise. Working job title: Junior Financial Analyst. Number of needs: 1. Duration of assignment: Contractor, 12 months with a high possibility of extension.Work hours: 8:00 - 5:00 pm. Interview process: 2 -3 steps Video/Teams.Required knowledge and experience:U.S. citizenship is mandatory.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.Minimum Experience/Knowledge: 3 years of accounting (specifically fund accounting) AND financial analysis experience in a hospital or similar environment (Information Technology knowledge a plus).Additional qualifications:Experience as a Junior financial/budget analyst.Experience developing new financial reports and tracking and reporting on KPI's.Financial Analysis (ability to analyze and explain financial data).Budget/Variance Analysis (ability to research and explain budget variances).Proficiency in Excel (v-look ups, pivot tables, sum-ifs); experience creating and working with large linked excel files.Understanding of GAAP, the General Ledger, and the Chart of Accounts.Experience creating, building, and maintaining financial models.Experience working with a major financial ERP (i.e., Infor Lawson).Experience working with Finance, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and external vendors.Must be extremely detail-oriented.Must be able to multi-task and meet multiple competing deadlines.Must be a reasonably quick learner.Must be able to work independently under general direction.Medical Enterprise - Non-Clinical Onboarding - Must complete all onboarding requirements prior to the start date, with no exceptions.
