Twin City Staffing is hiring a packager to join an industry-leading global production team! In this role, you will securely package products into crates and boxes, prepare outgoing shipments, conduct quality checks, and maintain safety standards. Location: Wayzata, MN
Wage: $22-$23/hr. (Based on experience, plus discretionary bonuses)
Hours: 1st Shift: Flexible schedules available (Preferred 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, or 7:00 am - 4:00 pm / 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday)

- Package finished products securely in wooden crates and shipping boxes according to company specifications
- Inspect products and packaging materials to ensure outgoing shipments meet high-quality standards
- Prepare materials, palletize crates, and label packages for final transport
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation while following established facility safety procedures
- Minimum 1+ year of experience packaging or staging shipments in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Physical capability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift
- Experience using basic hand tools and crating equipment to assemble shipping boxes and containers
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong work history demonstrating reliable attendance and punctuality
