Manufacturing Technician – 1st Shift Location: Houston, TX 77092 Pay: $18.00–$18.50 per hour | Weekly Pay Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Responsibilities Operate packaging equipment, including heat sealers and band sealers. Label, pack, and assemble products according to specifications. Perform quality inspections on finished products. Prepare materials for production runs. Follow work instructions and production schedules. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting as needed. Qualifications 1–2+ years of manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred. Experience operating packaging equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
