Job Responsibilities Education & Experience High school diploma or GED Must receive forklift and crane certificate within first six months of starting position Must develop good understanding and knowledge of shipping/receiving processes within first three months of starting position Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred but not required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must have good organizational skills to attend to multiple tasks simultaneously Must be proficient in computer operations Must exhibit high integrity and honesty Knowledge of freight and traffic requirements Ability to read, write, analyze and interpret technical procedures, diagrams, requirements, and business correspondences Ability to effectively and appropriately present information and respond to questions from various groups Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Ability to effectively and courteously communicate with others Physical Demands Per functional job description of the area serving Environmental Conditions General factory environment EEO Statement At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
