Warehouse AssociateA successful distributor in Rolling Meadows, IL is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate.Job Type: Evaluation Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00a-5:00pResponsibilities:Coordinates all receiving, warehousing, shipping and distribution of materials by initiating, coordinating and fulfilling of ordersResponsible for order fulfillment including driving a forklift and using machinery to spool and cut ordersInventory control and maintenance by ensuring materials are received and shipped correctly, as well as conducting physical counts; reconciling with data ERP systemWarehouse cleaning and maintenance including maintaining physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement, general cleaningRequirements:3-5 years of stable experience in a warehouse environment requiredExperience operating sit-down and stand-up forkliftExperience with FedEx and UPS online services, as well as International ShippingBasic Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SystemIf you are looking for a long-term, stable warehouse position, apply today!
