Quality Inspector Responsibilities
- Inspect parts, materials, and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments
- Use calipers, micrometers, OD/ID gauges, height gauges, and other inspection tools
- Enter, review, and maintain inspection information in SAP
- Identify and communicate product defects or specification discrepancies
- Maintain accurate quality inspection records and documentation
- Follow established quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements
- Take initiative to learn new inspection tools, processes, and systems
- Previous quality inspection, quality control, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, OD/ID gauges, and height gauges
- Previous SAP experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to accurately read measurements and document inspection results
- Go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn
