Productivity Software Expert for AI Training

Apply your productivity-tool expertise to create the real-world input that helps improve next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role is well suited to resourceful contributors who can work across multiple domains and communicate clearly using everyday collaboration tools. No prior AI experience is required. Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality written content and documentation grounded in accurate domain knowledge.
• Participate in discussions and provide feedback through Slack and other collaboration platforms.
• Review, edit, and improve project materials for clarity and accuracy using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Coordinate and track project activities using Google Calendar, Outlook, and Calendly.
• Use Notion, Confluence, and WhatsApp Business to support workflows and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to ideation, brainstorming, and process-improvement recommendations.
• Support project milestones through organized information management and clear communication.

• At least 2 years of experience with digital productivity tools, including Slack, Outlook, Notion, Confluence, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Canva, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, Calendly, and Loom.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with careful attention to clarity and detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
• Practical insight from a specific domain or from broad generalist experience.
• Ability to organize and synthesize information across multiple platforms and formats.
• Experience supporting structured documentation, process refinement, or training resources.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient; candidates from diverse educational and professional backgrounds are welcome.
