Productivity Software Expert for AI Model Training

Role Overview

Apply practical productivity software expertise to create, review, and organize high-quality written materials that help train next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor role supports a customer-facing project with evolving needs. Your contributions will shape how models learn and perform by providing clear documentation, informed feedback, and well-structured information. No prior AI experience is required, domain knowledge and strong productivity-tool skills are the priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, well-written content and documentation that reflects real-world domain knowledge.
• Participate in discussions, provide feedback, and collaborate via Slack and other communication platforms.
• Review, edit, and improve project materials for clarity and correctness using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Coordinate and track project activities with Google Calendar, Outlook, and Calendly.
• Use collaboration and knowledge tools such as Notion, Confluence, and WhatsApp Business to share information and maintain workflow.
• Contribute to ideation and brainstorming sessions, and recommend process improvements.
• Support project milestones through organized information management and clear, timely communication.

Qualifications

• Required skills, at minimum: strong written communication, demonstrable domain expertise, familiarity with Slack, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience using digital productivity tools, including but not limited to Slack, Outlook, Notion, Confluence, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Canva, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, Calendly, and Loom.
• Strong attention to clarity and detail in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
• Background in a specific domain or as a versatile generalist who brings practical, real-world insight to content and collaboration.
• Proven ability to organize and synthesize information across multiple platforms and formats.
• Experience supporting projects with structured documentation, process refinement, or training resources is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is sufficient; diverse educational and professional backgrounds are welcome.

Work Terms

Compensation
