For motivated candidates, this is an exceptional opportunity to advance professionally while making a meaningful impact in healthcare.In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Analyze complex healthcare data and generate insightful reports using advanced spreadsheets and databasesDraft clear, professional reports and correspondence for clients and internal teamsEnsure exceptional quality by reviewing and validating the work of colleaguesContribute to research initiatives and support marketing projects that drive business growthDemonstrate your ambition by actively pursuing actuarial exams with the goal of achieving FellowshipTo be successful in this role, you will have the following qualifications: Required:Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, economics, or a related fieldUp to 4 years of healthcare actuarial experiencePassed a minimum of 1 Society of Actuaries (SOA) exam, 2 or more preferredProven proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAS, SQL, R, Python, and/or Microsoft Power BI is a plusAbility to network and build professional relationships quicklyStrong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and collaborate effectively with colleaguesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailDemonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentPreferred:College GPA of 3.3 or higherPrior actuarial internship or relevant data analysis experienceIndividual(s) must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future.The expected application deadline for this job is December 22, 2026.LocationThis position is based out of the Milliman office in Seattle, WA. Candidates hired into this role must be willing to work onsite full-time.CompensationThe salary range is $80,169 - $136,160 depending on a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. If overall experience is less than 2 years the range would be $80,169 - $121,555; for experience of greater than 2 years, the range would be $80,169 - $136,160.BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ health, financial security, and well-being.
