Your Role As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll provide hands‑on support and skill‑building services to adults with developmental disabilities and co‑occurring mental health needs. Working closely with leadership and consultants, you’ll help individuals build independence, strengthen daily living skills, and engage meaningfully in their homes and communities.
