❤️ WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead, plan, coordinate, and manage nursing services
• Oversee quality nursing care and services for our residents
• Supervise and support nursing staff and caregivers
• Provide leadership and guidance in the absence of higher management
• Promote a positive, compassionate, and resident-focused environment

‍⚕️ WHAT YOU BRING

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Michigan RN or LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Assisted Living experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach
