High Point Residence - Carlinville Carlinville, IL Open Shift: Evening shift & afternoon shift Schedule: Every other weekend availability required About the Role High Point Residence Carlinville is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. In this role, you will provide direct, hands-on care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. Minimum Qualifications Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Basic computer skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or memory care Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and accurately record vital signs Assist with medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing team Skills & Strengths As a CNA at High Point Residence Carlinville, you will use your communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
