Overnight Caregiver / CNA 12 hour shifts! Where: River Falls - additional cases in St Croix County and Washington County When: 12 hour overnights 6pm-6am Wage: $20 per hour

Responsibilities As an Overnight Caregiver/CNA, you will:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance
• Provide companionship and overnight supervision
• Assist with repositioning, ambulation, and safety monitoring
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed
• Support active and passive range-of-motion exercises as outlined in the care plan
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing
• Maintain accurate documentation and client confidentiality

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
• Current CPR certification
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical caregiving tasks, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
