Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)$20,000 Sign-On Bonus – Evening & Overnight

Crawford Care Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Full-Time opportunities with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available for select shifts.

Sign-On Bonus Eligibility

Full-Time LPNs hired into:

• 3p–11p
• 11p–7a

Bonus paid bi-weekly over 2 years.
Available to new full-time hires only.
Not eligible for previous employees or agency staff.

Limited positions available.

Additional LPN Shifts Available

• 7a–3p
• 7a–7p
• 7p–7a
• Baylor / Weekend Program (work part-time hours, receive full-time pay & benefits)

LPN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants
• Monitor and assess resident conditions
• Respond appropriately to changes in condition and emergencies
• Communicate with physicians, supervisors, and families
• Complete documentation accurately and timely
• Participate in facility education and in-service programs

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
