Case Manager, Clean & Sober Shelter Housing & Recovery
The Salvation Army USA Western Territory
A community support organization in Long Beach is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to help support unsheltered single adults experiencing homelessness. The role involves managing a caseload, conducting assessments, creating transition plans, and connecting clients to vital resources. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant social service experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
