Job Overview This independent practice opportunity allows ENT physicians to operate their own practice entity while receiving non‑clinical administrative and operational support from MedCBO. The physician retains full clinical authority and ownership of the medical practice. Responsibilities Provide ENT clinical care within the scope of practice Maintain professional relationships within the medical community Develop and manage clinical quality and patient experience initiatives Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Revenue cycle management, coding, and payer contracting support EHR, technology platform, telehealth, and clinical workflow systems Credentialing, enrollments, and facility privileging coordination Accounting, financial reporting, and practice financial infrastructure HR administration, staffing workflows, and compliance support Supply chain and vendor coordination Qualifications MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (or specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided) Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice Interest in the independent practice model Preferred Desire for practice ownership Community‑based care interest Leadership or program development interest Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is not a salary and is generated by the physician‑owned practice.
