Job Overview Avante Group, Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. The role involves direct nursing care to residents, performing day‑to‑day nursing activities in compliance with federal, state, and local standards. The position offers full and part‑time schedules (3 p ‑ 11 p). Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents and perform daily nursing activities in accordance with applicable regulations, under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services, Assistant Director of Nursing Services, and Administrator to maintain high quality care. Qualifications Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state licensure requirements. Must speak and understand English. Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long‑term care. Positive attitude toward the elderly.
