Sr. Client Service & Product Support Specialist

Senior Client Service - Product Support Specialist -- Tax In this role, you will provide consistent, high-quality tax service to ADP clients. In addition to tax deposits and filing, you will serve as ADP’s front‑line for solving clients’ challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, and more. Depending on your specific team or role, you will be providing support using phone, email, or chat‑based communication. To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable working in a metrics‑driven environment as part of a structured day. Adaptability, empathy, self‑motivation, and organization are must‑haves in this job. You will need to balance your workload, handle back‑to‑back inquiries, and focus on what is important. In return, you can expect job satisfaction by being the one person who saves the day for our clients. What you’ll do Be the Tax Expert – assist clients with tax deposits and filing and manage inquiries from state and federal agencies. Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver – use a breadth of expertise to help ADP’s clients solve problems by taking a broad perspective to resolve issues and provide solutions. Build Relationships – build relationships with clients using the phone, email, and/or chat, striving to exceed client expectations in every interaction. Leverage your ADP product‑services knowledge to provide solutions to issues and questions and help build client understanding around our products’ value. Demonstrate Client Focus – place a strong focus on client satisfaction, assisting clients to troubleshoot and resolve payroll and tax issues in a timely and professional manner. To succeed in this role Have at least four years of client service and/or call‑center experience OR a minimum of six years of Insurance/Financial Institution experience. Communicate clearly and quickly over the phone and in writing, summarizing problems and explaining solutions. Be proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and possess excellent analytical and time‑management skills. A college degree is great but not required. If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include: Experience noted above.
