Astra Air & Repair is our growing residential HVAC and home services company, supporting professionally managed properties while expanding its services to homeowners and customers throughout the Houston area. As both companies continue to grow, we're looking for a strategic, hands-on, and AI-forward Growth & Marketing Manager who can build and execute a disciplined growth engine across both brands—driving qualified leads, new customers, portfolio growth, and measurable revenue. About the Role The Growth & Marketing Manager owns growth strategy and marketing execution across both Shannon Property Management and Astra Air & Repair.You'll manage the full acquisition funnel, from awareness and lead generation through conversion, while personally executing across SEO, paid media, content, email, social media, landing pages, marketing automation, and reporting. This role isn't primarily about managing agencies or freelancers. We're looking for someone comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution, using AI and modern marketing tools to produce high-quality work efficiently in-house. The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, curious, and highly accountable for results. You understand that successful growth marketing isn't measured by impressions alone; it's measured by qualified leads, customer acquisition, new clients, revenue, and ROI. What You'll Do Develop and execute an integrated growth strategy for each brand aligned with company-specific annual goals, revenue targets, and growth objectives. Recommend how marketing resources, time, and budget should be allocated across Shannon Property Management and Astra Air & Repair based on opportunity, performance, and ROI. Monitor and analyze the Houston property management, HVAC, and home services markets, including competitors, customer trends, new business opportunities, and emerging acquisition channels. Own and personally execute SEO, local search, paid search and social campaigns, email marketing, landing pages, and other lead-generation initiatives. Evaluate lead sources based on conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and revenue potential and adjust strategy based on performance. Build and manage referral and partnership programs with real estate agents, investors, homeowners, vendors, and other strategic partners. Drive retention, engagement, and growth within our existing contact network through targeted initiatives, including quarterly newsletters, lifecycle campaigns, and identifying potential buyer leads within our renter base. Partner with sales, leasing, and operations teams to improve lead handoff, follow-up, conversion, and sales collateral. Own website content and conversion optimization across WordPress and Grav. Develop and manage social media, email, and digital content for both brands while maintaining distinct and consistent brand identities. Manage online reputation strategies, including review generation, testimonials, and brand monitoring. Maintain weekly and monthly marketing scorecards for each brand, tracking qualified leads, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), new clients, and marketing-sourced revenue. Manage marketing budgets against established KPIs and make data-driven recommendations about where to increase, decrease, or redirect spend. Participate in each company's EOS Level 10 meetings, reporting on marketing performance and owning marketing-related quarterly Rocks. Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, ad copy and testing, email sequences, campaign development, research, reporting, and other day-to-day marketing execution. Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows, templates, and marketing automations that allow both brands to scale output efficiently. Continuously evaluate new AI and marketing technologies, implementing tools that create measurable value and eliminating those that don't. Default to in-house execution while strategically recommending outside resources when specialized expertise provides greater value. What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on digital or growth marketing experience preferred. Candidates with less traditional tenure but demonstrated high-level, AI-leveraged execution are encouraged to apply. Demonstrated experience personally running paid campaigns, creating content, and building or optimizing landing pages—not solely directing agencies or outside vendors. Strong working knowledge of SEO, local search, paid media, email marketing, lead generation, conversion optimization, and digital analytics. Experience in property management, real estate, HVAC, home services, or another local service-based industry strongly preferred. Strong AI fluency and the ability to demonstrate how you've incorporated AI into real marketing workflows, campaigns, content production, automation, or reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to build scorecards and dashboards, interpret performance data, and make informed budget decisions. Working knowledge of WordPress required; familiarity with Grav or a comparable CMS is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable balancing priorities across two growing brands. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
