- Required Certifications: BLS, ARRT MR or ARMRIT - License: Must be in hand at time of submission - Experience: 3 years MRI experience, prior travel experience, Siemens' experience, EPIC experience - Schedule: 2230-0700 M-F; Call rotation every 3rd weekend 2000-0800, holidays as needed - Floating: Will float onsite within skillset and to sites within 40 miles - Health and Professional Onboarding Requirements: - MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap - Fit Test and Health Statement - 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) - Ascension Profile, Criminal Background Check Results, Skills Checklist, Education Verification, Employment Verification - Professional References, Driver's License/State ID - 11 Panel Drug Screen - Additional Information: Optional Criminal Background Check, Optional Name Change Document, Optional Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire
