Temporary Assistant Property Manager

RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is currently hiring for a Temporary Assistant Property Manager in [JobLocation]. This Assistant Property Manager will be reporting to the Property Manager. They will provide support to the Operations Team as needed, and assist with the management of a commercial property in the Richmond area. Responsibilities Coordinate tenant appreciation events and other ESG initiatives. Assist with preparation of financial reports (such as accruals and variance reports) Assist with CAM reconciliations & CAM estimates Prepares license agreements, telecommunication agreements, approval memos, and legal notices Will complete a variety of accounts receivable functions, such as delinquency calls and letters, payable applications, and delinquency notes Assists in property budgeting and reforecasting Assists with site inspections including vendor site visits, appraisal tours, and lender inspections. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in commercial property management required. Industrial experience preferred. Property management accounting experience, budgeting, and CAM reconciliation experience required. Software experience in MRI, AvidXchange, Salesforce, and MS Suite preferred.
