Description Emmaline’s located inside the DoubleTree Greenville Airport is seeking a dynamic and dependable Lead Breakfast Team Member to join our team as a Manager in Training. This full‑time leadership‑track role is ideal for someone who combines a “get it done” attitude with genuine warmth and hospitality. As the first face our guests see in the morning, you will set the tone for their entire experience while developing the skills needed to grow into a management position. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed, valued, and well cared for Lead and support breakfast service operations with a hands‑on approach Provide front‑of‑house service while assisting in the kitchen as needed Oversee and assist with breakfast buffet setup and breakdown Perform daily sales reconciliation accurately and efficiently Support team members with dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness standards Act as a reliable leader who can step into any role to ensure service excellence Schedule Requirements Full‑time availability required Must be able to work weekends and flexible morning shifts Qualifications Strong hospitality mindset with a friendly, guest‑first attitude Proven ability to multitask and work across both front and back of house Leadership experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with a proactive, problem‑solving approach Ability to cook breakfast items and support kitchen operations as needed Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a ServSafe Manager Certification What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and is eager to grow into a management role.
