Vaccinations Clinic StaffLabCorp Employer Services is a leading provider of biometric testing services, population health and comprehensive workforce wellness strategies. These services are performed by a network of LabCorp Employer Services personnel located throughout the country.LabCorp Employer Services is seeking licensed healthcare professionals to administer vaccinations at clinics in multiple locations in Oregon, Washington, and Northern California. Once hired, our staff have the ability to assign themselves to clinics in their area by utilizing our scheduling system. In addition, we provide pre clinic comprehensive training on LES protocols.Our staff are responsible for the successful setup, execution, and breakdown of clinics while adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations. Staff are also responsible for receiving clinic supplies, inventory management, and timely return of documentation and unused supplies.Duties/Responsibilities:Administer vaccinations while complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulationsMonitor participants during the vaccination process and manage adverse reactions if necessaryProvide excellent customer service while putting participants at easeReceive all clinic supplies, including vaccine, and transport to and from sitePerform clinic set up and cleanupAdministrative and clerical duties as necessaryReturn participant PHI and post clinic documentation in a prompt and timely mannerReturn unused clinic supplies in a prompt and timely mannerPerform all other duties and tasks as assignedQualifications and Requirements :Valid and up-to-date license (RN, LPN, LVN, NP, PA, and/or Registered Pharmacist, etc.) in the state administering vaccinationsMinimum of 1-year experience administering vaccinationsProficient taking blood pressureCPR/First Aid certifiedKnowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and federal/state/local laws and regulationsMust be willing able to receive and return clinic suppliesExcellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic tablet and computer skillsMust have a reliable form of transportationMust be willing and able to pass a criminal background check and drug testMust be at least 18 or olderPhysical Requirements: Must be able to lift 15 to 30 pounds at times.Application Window: 3/26/2026-8/30/2026Pay Range: $ 30.00 - $32.00/HRAll job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
