Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Architecture Consultant to lead technical solution design and enterprise Salesforce architecture for a large-scale transformation initiative. The consultant will define end-to-end multi-cloud architecture strategies across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud , while establishing data, integration, security, and governance standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations, strong architecture expertise, and hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud integrations, and large-scale Salesforce environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect, Lead Consultant, or Technical Architect.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud .
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connect
  • Journey Builder
  • AMPscript
  • SQL Queries
  • Data Extensions
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge including:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Advanced Flow Design
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Enterprise Integration Patterns
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and architecture best practices.
• Ability to independently manage technical delivery, architecture decisions, and stakeholder communication.

Other Skills

• Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience or strong Data Cloud knowledge.
• Experience with real-time customer data harmonization and unified customer profiles.
• MuleSoft integration experience.
• Experience supporting global enterprise Salesforce transformations.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or Developer
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (Strong Plus)
