Counterintelligence Officer

Job Overview Leidos, a leading government contractor, has been awarded the Beacon Intelligence Program in Northern Virginia. We are looking for Counterintelligence Officers at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience) to research, analyze, and investigate complex counterintelligence issues using a broad range of research methods and tools. Officers will provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on their analysis to customer management. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia. Compensation and Levels Level 1: 1 year relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree Level 2: 3 years relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree Level 3: 7 years relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree Level 4: 12 years relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree Level 5: 20 years relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree (5 additional years of experience may substitute for a degree) All positions require a current/active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Candidates lacking this clearance will be disqualified. Basic Qualifications Current/active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Experience writing intelligence products and reports Experience conducting CI reviews and requirements Ability to apply CI and risk management principles to safeguard operations Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work Demonstrated ability to research and analyze Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectively Demonstrated ability to problem-solve Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently Strong analytic writing and editing skills Demonstrated ability to work in team environment successfully Demonstrated success in high‑paced, dynamic environment Experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple offices and agencies Experience supporting senior decision makers Pay Range $50,700 – $91,650.
