Responds to patient care concerns and provides input on staff hiring, training, and development. Qualifications And Skills Current RN licensure by the Alabama Board of Nursing. BLS certification within 30 days of hire; ACLS and PALS may be required within six months, depending on unit. Diploma from an accredited nursing program with at least one year of relevant experience. Key Duties Coordinate staffing and oversee clinical objectives. Ensure population-appropriate patient care. Evaluate patient outcomes and address care issues.
