Position Overview Hourly, full‑time Baby Imaging Specialist – Tulsa, OK. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to all patients. Capture a three‑dimensional, 360° digital surface image of each baby using DSi® equipment. Calibrate, operate, and maintain optimal performance of the DSi® system. Schedule new patients and follow‑ups in Intergy practice‑management software. Enter and process patient information in Intergy. Perform medical office duties: answer phones, clean patient rooms, and assist with patient rooming. Qualifications Energetic and enthusiastic personality (required). Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to juggle multiple tasks while prioritizing patient experience. Experience with infants/children or in high‑end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging. Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship will be provided. Physical Requirements Ability to squat and bend. Ability to lift at least 30 lbs. Ability to position and handle patients to capture DSi® images. Ability to move at a fast pace.
