Bilingual Patient Access and Registration Specialist

Umcelpaso

University Medical Center of El Paso is seeking a Patient Access Associate to register patients in a courteous, professional and timely manner. You will conduct patient interviews, explain hospital policies, and help patients understand financial responsibilities while ensuring accurate demographic and financial data is captured.

You will contact insurance payers to verify eligibility and benefits, secure pre-certification/authorization as needed, and assist with financial screening for program
