- Manage Full-Cycle Searches: Spearheading recruitment from initial intake to placement finalization.
- Act as a Client Advisor: Fully understanding your client's hiring requirements, challenges, and workplace culture.
- Source Talent Strategically: Utilizing our state-of-the-art CRM/ATS, alongside your personal network and communication tools.
- Utilize Our Platform: Streamline candidate management, engagement tracking, follow-ups, and organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements: Prioritizing strategies that deliver long-term client value alongside lucrative commissions.
- Engage in Thought Leadership: Collaboratively raising both our brand and yours.
- Access to Comprehensive Technology: An integrated CRM, ATS, and marketing tools-all streamlined in one platform, putting an end to tool overload.
- Personal Marketing Support: Looking to enhance your individual brand? We'll assist you in developing your own recruiter landing pages, targeted campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Administrative Recruiting Support: From contracts and credential verifications to writing and compliance assistance, we have you covered.

- 4+ years in agency recruitment or consultative sales
