About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing travel support team. In this role, you will assist clients with hotel reservations, provide travel-related information, and deliver excellent customer service in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities Assist clients with hotel research and booking
Provide accurate details on pricing, availability, and amenities
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Maintain organized client records
Participate in virtual training and team meetings Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Basic computer proficiency
