We are looking for a dedicated, innovative Hematology/Oncology Physician to join a highly supportive, collaborative team. The provider will be responsible for providing direct patient care for individuals with various types of cancer and hematological disorders, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma. The role includes working alongside a team of physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver disease-specific care. Collaboration with nurse navigators and care managers is essential to ensure coordinated, high-quality care for patients. Staying at the forefront of innovative treatments and technologies in the field of oncology is a key focus. Utilizing an electronic medical record system to document and manage patient care across the healthcare system is required. Participation in clinical research and applying new treatment methodologies is expected. The physician will offer consultations, second opinions, and treatment plans for complex cancer cases. Collaboration with a progressive team of clinicians to deliver the highest standard of patient care is vital. Minimal call responsibility will be shared with a large team of other clinicians and hospitalists. Minimal weekend coverage is expected.
