About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Performance Reporting and Analysis. This pivotal role is dedicated to the development of advanced performance analyses and reporting solutions that are essential for fundraising, investor communications, and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for in-depth performance analyses, designing customized performance presentations, and converting complex investor requests into insightful analyses. Collaboration with internal teams to refine reporting techniques, establish firmwide standards, and enhance reporting processes is also a key aspect of the position. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a degree in finance, accounting, statistics, or a related field, with a strong academic background, and at least 7 years of experience in performance analytics or investment reporting within private markets. A deep understanding of performance measurement concepts and proficiency in Excel, as well as experience in managing multiple projects, are essential. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work with diverse audiences, and a proactive approach to seeking opportunities for process improvement. Interest in or progress towards CFA, CIPM, or CAIA designations is preferred, and the candidate should be adept at synthesizing complex data into clear, investor-focused analyses.
