Logistics Specialist (Freight Forwarding) SpecialistLocation: Braintree, MA Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:15 AM–5:15 PM Salary Target: $60,000–$75,000 (based on experience) Benefits: Health insurance + 401(k) after 90 days Reports to: Branch ManagerSummary of Responsibilities:Support our operation with daily freight-forwarding responsibility (import/export, documentation, bookings).Share workflow, cooperate with staff and management in a team setting; ensure compliance with customs and international regulations.Maintain communication with carriers, agents, and clients; resolve operational issues.Review shipping documentation (BLs, invoices, ISF, AES, AWB).Monitor own KPIs and assist in improving operational efficiency.This role has immediate room for growth for self-motivated person.Qualifications:Min. 1–2 years in freight forwarding/logistics.Knowledge of import/export, customs documentation, and carrier coordination.Experience in Ocean Freight is especially helpful.Experience in Air Freight is a plus…Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.Proven customer service is required. A natural desire and satisfaction to take good care of customer is essential.
