Ideal Qualifications:

• Valid California Special Education Teaching Credential, Mild/Moderate specialization

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction and support to students with mild to moderate disabilities in K-8th grade
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families to ensure student needs are met
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in alignment with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Employ evidence-based strategies to address academic and social-emotional goals
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
