Remote Director, Accounting Policy & Standards

CNO Financial Group

Cno Financial Group is seeking a Director, Accounting Policy to lead the development and implementation of accounting policies, ensuring GAAP, Statutory, and reinsurance guidance aligns with regulations. This role is remote, offering a competitive salary and bonus eligibility.

You will monitor regulatory changes, collaborate with finance teams and external auditors, and drive adoption of new standards while delivering training and reporting support across the organization.
