Shift Leader - Lead the Lounge with Energy & Passion!

At Burger Lounge , we don't just serve burgers-we create experiences. We're looking for Shift Leaders who bring energy, leadership, and fun to every shift. What You'll Do

Lead the Team & Keep the Energy High

Deliver amazing guest experiences using our G.O.A.L. standard (Greet, Offer, Anticipate, Leave a Lasting Impression)
Train and support new team members-set them up for success
Work the floor-jump in as a greeter, cashier, or food presenter when needed
Keep the dining room and service areas clean, stocked, and running smoothly
Communicate and work closely with BOH & FOH teams to ensure top-notch service

Keep the Operation Running Smoothly

Follow cash handling procedures and assist with closing duties
Understand and execute menu knowledge, allergens, and guest requests
Brew teas, prep shakes, pour beer & wine (if 18+)
Assist with opening & closing tasks as needed

What You Bring to the Table

1+ year restaurant experience (high-volume a plus!)

Leadership skills -you naturally take charge & inspire your team

Cool under pressure -fast-paced environments are your thing

Team player -you jump in where needed to help the crew

Flexible schedule (including weekends & evenings)

Food Handlers Card (or ability to obtain)
