CVS Health has an exciting opportunity in Wilkes-Barre, PA for a Warehouse Associate to be a part of our Mail Order Pharmacy team! The Packing/Shipping Technician is essential to ensuring patients receive their medications in a timely manner. As part of the team, you will have an important, uniquely rewarding role putting your skills and experience to work in a closed-door pharmacy setting. You will make a difference by excelling in a complex, high impact dispensing role and positively impacting the lives of others. You will work alongside a team of talented individuals in a concentrated team effort and under the direct supervision of Lead Technicians and Pharmacy Supervisors. The ideal candidate will possess high levels of reliability, accuracy, professionalism, team orientation, and problem-solving skills.As a Packing/Shipping colleague working in the pharmacy, you will be responsible for performing the daily functions of packing and shipping prescription orders in accordance with standard operating procedures. In this role, you may also be cross trained in other functions such as operating automated packing machines, as well as automated and manual drug dispensing. This may also include the loading of automated dispensing machines, validation, packaging, and delivery of prescription drug orders.Schedule: The schedule for the position is: Sunday 2 pm to 12:30 am; Monday through Wednesday 3 pm to 1:30 am.**Please note that this shift has a $1.00/hr. shift differential for all hours worked.**Our application process is 2 simple steps. 1. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
