We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities:- Assessing the health status of patients and documenting their medical history- Administering medications prescribed by physicians and monitoring their effects- Assisting with diagnostic tests and follow-up procedures- Collaborating with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans for patients- Providing basic patient care, such as bathing, feeding, and dressing- Monitoring and recording vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature- Educating patients and their families about healthcare procedures, medications, and post-discharge care- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records- Responding to emergency situations and providing immediate medical assistance when necessary- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
