What You'll Do Attend networking events, chamber meetings, business association gatherings, and community functions on behalf of TAB Austin Represent TAB authentically in conversations with business owners, sharing what the organization does and who it serves Identify business owners who might benefit from peer advisory membership and make warm introductions to the TAB Austin team Serve as a visible, consistent presence for the TAB brand in Austin's business community Share TAB Austin content and events within your personal and professional network Provide informal feedback on what you're hearing in the market -- objections, trends, competitor mentions What You're NOT Doing Closing deals or asking for money Attending events you wouldn't already attend Who This Is For The ideal TAB Ambassador is someone who: Is deeply embedded in the Austin business community and attends networking events regularly Has a genuine network among privately held business owners (5 to 100 employees, $1M to $20M revenue) Is well-regarded, trustworthy, and known as a connector Believes in the power of peer accountability and advisory -- perhaps because they've experienced something like it themselves Is comfortable talking about what TAB does in a natural, conversational way (no scripts required) Has a professional background in business services, finance, banking, law, insurance, HR, or a related field -- or is simply an active and respected community leader What You Get Competitive paid compensation (discussed during interview) TAB Ambassador designation for your LinkedIn profile and professional network Invitations to TAB Austin member events and Taste of TAB sessions Priority access to TAB Austin thought leadership and content The satisfaction of connecting great Austin business owners with something that genuinely changes how they work Commitment Flexible.
