Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to learn about their travel goals, preferences, and budgets
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation experiences
• Present travel options and recommendations tailored to individual needs
• Coordinate reservations and assist with itinerary development
• Provide travelers with confirmations, schedules, and important trip information
• Assist with updates, modifications, and special travel requests
• Monitor travel arrangements to ensure details are accurate and complete
• Maintain organized client records and planning notes within company systems
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, and virtual platforms
• Participate in ongoing training and destination education programs
