Overview
- Consult with clients to learn about their travel goals, preferences, and budgets
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation experiences
- Present travel options and recommendations tailored to individual needs
- Coordinate reservations and assist with itinerary development
- Provide travelers with confirmations, schedules, and important trip information
- Assist with updates, modifications, and special travel requests
- Monitor travel arrangements to ensure details are accurate and complete
- Maintain organized client records and planning notes within company systems
- Communicate professionally through phone, email, and virtual platforms
- Participate in ongoing training and destination education programs
