Machine Operator
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality cabinetry products, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team in Rockledge. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Rockledge, FL
Pay Range: $15.50
(2) Shifts: Monday-Friday 5AM-1:30PM or 7AM-3:30PM with some Saturdays, overtime!
What's the Job?
- Perform tasks to set up, operate, monitor, and run various types of machinery used in product manufacturing
- Support the organization's C.A.R.E values and adhere to safety and environmental policies
- Assemble products and parts using basic hand tools and measure materials for conformance to blueprints
- Finalize and package products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met
- Conduct inventory and component inspections, maintain logs, and report defective products or equipment
What's Needed?
- Ability to read measuring instruments and perform basic mathematical calculations
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals is preferred
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing machines and processes
- Ability to multitask and focus on teamwork and detail orientation
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication across all organizational levels
