Family Support Specialist
The FFT-FC Family Support Specialist works in conjunction with the FFT FT Clinician providing in home support services using an evidenced based model. This position is responsible for case management, support, being the bridge to other service providers, conducts assessments, implements treatment plans and other paperwork to support the treatment model.
BA in SW, psychology or another related human service degree.
Bilingual (Spanish)
Mon-Fri (Flex, with on call rotation) 40
