Responsibilities Analyze historical staffing data to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement; create process maps, reports and dashboards to communicate findings. Monitor real‑time data including appointment utilization to ensure optimal PSC performance; build plans to address gaps in staffing levels for optimal resource allocation. Partner with supervisor/manager to develop justification for additional staff based on patient volume and appointment demand. Build strong relationships within patient services leadership team; collaborate on scheduling strategies to optimize staffing resources and ensure employee satisfaction. Work closely with HR and training teams to reduce placement time of key resources. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree. Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role. Project management skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Expertise in data analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail orientation with strong organizational abilities. Strong collaboration and influencing skills. Preferred Work Experience Experience in workforce management, forecasting and/or analytical roles. PSC/IOP experience a plus. Skills Strong analytical skills. Ability to prioritize, plan and organize. Advanced skills in Excel (graphs, pivot tables and understanding formulas). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Other Information Individual contributor with ability to influence others. Travel required. Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
