Responsibilities As an entry‑level Assistant Branch Manager, you will complete an 18‑ to 24‑month on‑the‑job training program, learning all aspects of branch management. After training, you will be assigned your own branch to manage. Your main focus is helping customers meet their financial goals by originating new loan business, recommending appropriate consumer loan and voluntary product solutions, educating customers on credit improvement, and guiding them through the loan application process. You will also make payment reminder calls when needed. You will perform a variety of tasks that contribute to branch success, including evaluating loan applications, performing risk analysis, making credit decisions, administering loan closings, and processing insurance claims. In addition, you will assist the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and implementing sales plans to meet goals and promote core values. Promotion to Branch Manager typically requires relocation, and we provide a full relocation package for moves more than 50 miles. Requirements Bachelor's degree required; preferred majors include Business, Finance, Sales, or related field. 1 year or more of customer‑facing sales experience (e.g., retail sales, incentive based) preferred but not required. Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills. Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast‑paced environment and navigate competing priorities. Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background, credit history, and pass a pre‑employment drug screen. Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products. Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion to Branch Manager.
