Job Title: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Director

Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Salary: $127,000 – $160,000 + sign on bonus + relocation + incentive bonus available

Shift: Full-Time, Days (No Weekends)

Job Summary

Lead CVOR operations, ensuring high-quality cardiac surgical care, financial performance, and compliance with hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee CVOR operations & team (36 FTEs)
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and performance
  • Ensure patient safety, quality care & compliance
  • Drive strategic goals and evidence-based practices

Requirements

  • RN License + BLS
  • Master’s in Nursing or BSN + MBA/MHA
  • 3+ years leadership experience (5+ preferred)
  • Open heart/CVOR experience required

Unit Details

  • 6 CVOR Rooms (5 traditional + 1 hybrid)
  • Dedicated cardiac surgery focus
