Job Title: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Director
Location: Asheville, North Carolina
Salary: $127,000 – $160,000 + sign on bonus + relocation + incentive bonus available
Shift: Full-Time, Days (No Weekends)
Job Summary
Lead CVOR operations, ensuring high-quality cardiac surgical care, financial performance, and compliance with hospital standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee CVOR operations & team (36 FTEs)
- Manage budgets, staffing, and performance
- Ensure patient safety, quality care & compliance
- Drive strategic goals and evidence-based practices
Requirements
- RN License + BLS
- Master’s in Nursing or BSN + MBA/MHA
- 3+ years leadership experience (5+ preferred)
- Open heart/CVOR experience required
Unit Details
- 6 CVOR Rooms (5 traditional + 1 hybrid)
- Dedicated cardiac surgery focus
